The Email List System is temporarily out of service.

We are working to rebuild our mail list system. We discovered that the system we have been using will not send to some addresses due to overly agressive spam policies on the part of some ISPs. So, we are setting up our mail list on a different system that shouldn't have this problem. Look for an email soon regarding this change.
